Sōma Maṇdala

We are a practitioner-led community exploring trauma healing, somatics, and embodied presence.

About Sōma Maṇdala

Sōma Maṇdala is a learning and practice community dedicated to trauma-informed somatic inquiry, healing, and self-leadership.

Sōma Maṇdala is not a content or course platform. This is a living ecosystem that brings together:

> Thoughtful writing and listening.

> Grounded somatic and trauma-informed learning.

> A small, committed community of practitioners.

Who Is This Space For?

This space is for you if you are ready to embrace the slow rhythms of real change.

This space is not for you if you prefer the dopamine rush to instant transformation.

Members join here not to consume more, but to practice staying present - with themselves, with others, and with life.

This space is designed with care for different rhythms of engagement. You do not need to be "active" all the time to belong here. Presence takes many forms.

The Three Spaces of Sōma Maṇdala

The Field
A living stream of reflections, essays, and podcasts.

The Field is where the inquiry stays alive - through long-form writing, audio and video conversations, and field notes emerging from practice and experience.

Some writings are open. Members receive access to deeper, members-only reflections and podcast content.

The Community Space

This is the shared relational field of Sōma Maṇdala. This is for a committed circle of practitioners.

The community is a space to gather, reflect, and learning alongside others who are engaged in trauma-aware and somatic work - personally or professionally.

This is a small, intentional group where presence matters more than performance, and participation can be quiet or active, depending on your season of life.

The Learning Library
Courses, Practices, and Foundational Material

Members receive access to a growing library of courses and learning journeys on trauma healing, somatics, and embodied awareness. This is a more contained environment for deeper somatic learning and practice.

It includes course-based communities (such as monthly Somatic Experiencing Masterclasses) and The Practice Circle, an ongoing space for members who wish to engage more consistently with embodied practices and integration.

These are not designed for speed or completion, but as resources you return to - when the body, the work, or life itself calls for support.

You are free to move between these spaces according to your capacity and interest. Some members participate primarily in the Community Space. Others enter the Practice Space for a season of focused learning. Both ways of being are welcome.
